Our Senior Citizens

The original contributors and establishing members of the Greek Community of West Island, are forming now a Seniors Group.They serve as a community focal point where older adults come together for programs and services that maintain and improve health, quality of life, support personal independence and encourage involvement in community life.

The Seniors Group’s programs and services may include:

Education
Fitness and Exercise
Healthy Lifestyle Programs
Counselling
Volunteer Opportunities
Nutrition
Recreational and Social Opportunities
Advocacy
Legal Advice
Information and Referral
Other Support Services
