| Εὐχή εἰς λοιμικήν νόσον
(τοῦ νεωστί ἐνσκήψαντος κορωνοϊοῦ)
Δέσποτα παντοκράτορ, ὁ ἀντιλήπτωρ καί Σωτήρ τοῦ κόσμου, ὁ ἰατρός καί βοηθός τῶν πασχόντων, λυτρωτής τε καί Σωτήρ τῶν νοσούντων˙ ὁ τάς σωματικάς καί ψυχικάς θλίψεις τῶν ἀνθρώπων θεραπεύων˙ ὁ νικητής τοῦ θανάτου˙ αἰτούμεθά Σου, ὁ Θεός ἡμῶν, καθάρισον καί ἀπάλλαξον ἡμᾶς ἀπό πάσης νόσου καί ἀπό παντός μολυσμοῦ σαρκός καί πνεύματος.
Κύριε, μή ἐγκαταλίπῃς ἡμᾶς. Τήν ἰατρικήν Σου δύναμιν οὐρανόθεν ἐξαπόστειλον. Πᾶσαν λανθάνουσαν ἀσθένειαν ἀποδίωξον. Βοήθησον ἡμῖν εἰς καιρόν λοιμοῦ, καί ρῦσαι ἡμᾶς ἀπό πάσης θλίψεως, κακῶν καί ὀδύνης. Παῦσον τήν ἐνεστῶσαν μάστιγα, ὑπομονήν δέ ἐν τῷ καιρῷ τούτῳ δός ἡμῖν,
Κύριε. Ἀνάστησον ἡμᾶς. Γενοῦ ἰατρός πάντων ἡμῶν˙ ἐξέγειρον ἡμᾶς ἀπό κλίνης ὀδυνηρᾶς καί ἀπό στρωμνῆς κακώσεως. Πρόσδεξαι τάς ἱκεσίας τῶν ἰατρῶν, τῶν νοσηλευτῶν καί πάντων τῶν διακονούντων καί παρεχομένων τοῖς ἀσθενοῦσι φροντίδα, περίθαλψιν καί κουφισμόν ἐν τοῖς χώροις τῆς Ὑγείας.
Ἐνίσχυσον αὐτούς διά τῆς φιλανθρωπίας Σου καί στερέωσον αὐτούς ἐν τῇ δυνάμει Σου.
Ἀνάπαυσον ἐν τόπῳ ἀναψύξεως τούς ὑπό τῆς ἐπαράτου λοιμικῆς νόσου φθορᾷ ὑποκύ-ψαντας κεκοιμημένους δούλους Σου καί ἀδελφούς ἡμῶν, ἀποκατάστησον δέ ἡμᾶς, τούς περιλειπομένους, ὑγιεῖς καί τεθερα-πευμένους ἐν τῇ ἁγίᾳ Σου Ἐκκλησίᾳ, εἰς προσκύνησιν καί δόξαν τοῦ ἁγίου Σου ὀνόματος.
Σόν γάρ ἐστι τό ἐλεεῖν καί σῴζειν ἡμᾶς, ὁ Θεός ἡμῶν, καί Σοί τήν δόξαν ἀναπέμπομεν, τῷ Πατρί, καί τῷ Υἱῷ, καί τῷ Ἁγίῳ Πνεύματι, νῦν, καί ἀεί, καί εἰς τούς αἰῶνας τῶν αἰώνων. Ἀμήν. |

A Healing Prayer for the Pandemic of the recently unleashed upon us Coronavirus
Lord and Master Almighty, the Helper and Saviour of the world, the physician and supporter of the humans suffering from afflictions, the Redeemer and Saviour of the sick, Healer of the sorrows of body and soul of us humans, the Vanquisher of death, we are petitioning you, our God, to cleanse us and deliver us from all illness and from every ailment of soul and body.
Lord, do not abandon us. Send us from above your healing power. Chase away any lurking illness. Help us at the outbreak of an epidemic, and deliver us from all sorrow, evil, and suffering. Put an end to the present scourge, O Lord, and endow us at this trying time with patience.
Raise us up and be a physician to all of us. Help us to rise from the bed of affliction and from the crib of malady. Receive the entreaties of doctors, of nurses, and of all those tending the sick and offering their ministry to the ailing, caring for them and offering them relief in Health centers. Succour them in your loving care for mankind and fortify them with your strength.
Give rest in a place of refreshing relief your servants, our brothers and sisters who have fallen asleep, having succumbed to the epidemic of the accursed viral disease, and restore us, who have survived, to health, so that healed in your Holy Church, we may worship and glorify your Holy name.
For yours is the power to show mercy and to save us our God, and to you we ascribe glory, to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, now and ever, and unto the ages of ages. Amen.
